My Wife Makes Me Do Things (And I’m Not Mad About It)

By Daniel Ancheta

My wife makes me do things. Big surprise, right?

I don’t mean that in a bad way. Most of the time.

As I run out my last few months in my 40s, I’ve become the guy I swore I’d never be: the one who’d rather stay home and do his own thing than go out.

But I always say yes, because I like making her happy. And I’m always glad I did.

Here’s what I’ve noticed: the more often I say yes, the easier it gets. Lately, I’m almost looking forward to it. Almost.

Training works the same way.

If it’s been a while, I get it. When you’ve filled that time with something else, the hard part isn’t the workout. It’s the first yes.

At EDGE, we make that yes easy. Nobody’s keeping score of how long it’s been. We scale every movement to your body, and your first day feels like a win, not an audition.

So here’s the deal: try EDGE free for 14 days. Two weeks. Zero dollars. If you hate it, you’ve lost a few evenings you’d have spent on the couch anyway. If you love it, you’ll have to admit the person who nudged you was right.

Your couch will be fine. Come leave the guilt here for two weeks.
