Fitness and martial arts have always been a part of Daniel’s life. His background in Karate and Tae Kwon Do helped him transition into competing professionally at Muay Thai and MMA during college. After completing his degree in Exercise Science at the University of Georgia Daniel continues to strive for new and innovative ways to challenge his clients. Devoted to always expanding his knowledge and understanding Daniel holds the following certifications:

Raya is extremely passionate about helping people achieve fitness goals, and reach their full potential. Raya trains many clients in general fitness, and has also worked with professional athletes. She is a graduate of Johnson and Wales university, and is a WITS Certified Personal Trainer.

Chase is a former collegiate cheerleader with a degree in exercise science and a passion for health and human performance. He has years of training experience combined with multiple power lifting competitions and a strong background in athletics. Chase has worked with a wide variety of clients and enjoys helping them push through comfort zones to achieve their goals.
